I don't know how to access the Online Campus

If you're asking this question, it is because you are ready to start your program at Atlantis University. Congratulations..!

As part of your welcome package, you should have received an email in your personal email, notifying you that we have created an Online Campus account for you.

You may not remember or find it now. Usually happens!! After all, who hasn't lost an email? We help you locate it..!

Let's look for it by the sender. To familiarize yourself with Atlantis, all notification emails for students are sent by notifications@atlantisuniversity.edu. Then, start a search in your inbox for emails received from this account.

Can't find it in your inbox? Don't worry, we still have more options.

Please check your SPAM folder. Atlantis is a secure mail domain, but some mail servers still send our emails to SPAM. Use the same search, but indicate that it's  not in your inbox, rather in your SPAM folder. We cannot guide you on it because the search options vary between providers and mail applications.

Do you already have a candidate located?

You may be wondering, is this? Here we can help you. Look at the image below.

This is what the welcome email looks like. We have hidden personal information, but this will help you to identify where the information you need to access your Online Campus will appear.

If you've already completed these steps and still can't log in using the credentials you received, then we have a credential issue. Nothing to worry about it, we've got you covered..!

Click here and follow the instructions that we share in the following image, there are only two steps:

  1. Using the email address option. Enter in the box your Atlantis email address (it matches your username in the welcome email received).
  2. Click on the Search button and you'll received an email to your Atlantis email account with instructions on how log in to the Campus and create a new secure password.
